About Us

I entered the IT world over 20 years ago writing software for FDA regulations at the top pharmaceutical company in the world. The company took a gamble on me being young and inspired to learn everything and produce results. This gamble paid off.

After working the the software development world I moved on to system administration and networking to broaden the scope of my skills now that the 1s and 0s of how computers function was understood. The primary focus for the early part of my system administration venture was focused on small business. This is where I got to know my clients and understand their needs and provide solutions to problems they were not even aware of. Soon reports would be automated and provide metrics to drive profitable business decisions.

My journey was not about to stagnate as through mergers and acquisitions the company I had worked for became owned by a larger wall street entity. While here I quickly became the primary point person with my skill set to solve life threatening outages at the largest hospitals, multi million dollar accounting errors, and future sight that prevented offices of over 500 users going down all while providing the maintenance the clients needed behind the scenes that left the competition awestruck when doing RFPs for clients contracts.

While wadding the waters of business I have been exposed to what makes large corporations have the most reliable networks and the personal touch that a small company needs. This is what we here at North East Tech Group strive to deliver for our clients.
